Bristol Rovers Black Retro 125th Anniversary Shirt
This season Bristol Rovers wore a special third shirt to celebrate their 125th anniversary. The League One clash against Swindon Town on Saturday 22nd November, was the first time supporters at Memorial Stadium saw Rovers in the new Errea third kit. The match finished 2-2 after Midfielder Chris Lines snatched a late equalisier.

The Pirates were the Black Arabs when they fomed in 1883, the club wore the now recreated black kit with the yellow sash for just two years. They went on to be known as Eastville Rovers and Bristol Eastville Rovers before finally becoming Bristol Rovers in 1898, it wasn’t until 1931 that they adopted the blue and white quartered shirts that they wear today.
